I noticed that some gift basket companies offer free delivery, is your delivery service free? 
There is an old saying that "nothing is free" and that is the case with the companies that offer free gift basket delivery service.  Your delivery fees are normally included in your gift basket.  Therefore when you buy a $50.00 gift basket, the company sells a $40.00 gift basket and uses the $10.00 to cover your delivery charges.  Now, that is okay if you are told upfront, but most companies that offer this free service do not inform their customer of this practice. There are no hidden fees in our baskets.  You get what you pay for. In addition, our delivery fees are very comparable to other companies in the Denver Metro area.

Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes, you can request a specific hand delivery date in our shopping cart.  If your gift will be shipped outside the state of CO, you will need to select an expedited delivery method. We have 3-Day Express, 2-Day Express and Overnight delivery services available. Otherwise, all gifts that ship standard delivery will arrival within a window of 5-7 business days.

How soon will my order arrive once its been placed?
Orders which  qualify for same day delivery are processed the same day and normally go out for delivery within 2-3 hours after the order is received.  All other orders for hand delivery are process the next business day.  Orders for shipping are processed within 2 business days. 

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we offer same day delivery to the Denver & Boulder metro areas.  Most fruit baskets qualify for same day delivery as long as the order is received before 10am MST, M-F. 

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Denver Metro area which includes the following cities: Denver, Aurora, Arvada, Greenwood Village, Lakewood, Englewood, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Commerce City, Glendale, Centennial, Westminster, Northglenn, Thornton, Lone Tree, Ken Karl, Golden, Parker, Boulder, Brighton, Castle Rock, Louisville, Broomfield, Lafayette.

Can I pick up my basket?
We are a web based store and at this time do not have a storefront.   We offer affordable hand delivery to the Denver Metro area and nationwide shipping.  

Can I request a deliver by time?
You can request a deliver by time and we will do our best to accommodate your request; however we do not guarantee this service. Your basket will be delivered anytime between 12-4pm, MST Mon-Friday.  Weekend delivery is not available.   

What happens if the recipient is not available when the gift is delivered?
We leave 90% of our gift baskets when going to residential locations.  Our delivery courier will take the necessary steps to make sure the gift is placed in a discrete location.

This is my first time ordering a gift basket, what information is needed to place an order?
Please have the following information available to place an order: sender's information including name, billing address, credit card number, and telephone number. Recipient's information including name, address, and telephone number, and the message for the card. Messages should be anywhere between 1-3 sentences, if longer and to ensure accuracy, and the order is taken by phone,  the customer service representative will request the message to be emailed or faxed.   Please note, it is imperative that we have the recipient's telephone number.  

There was an error in the delivery address I provided.  Can I change it?
Yes, you can as long as the gift has not left for delivery or has not shipped.  If the basket has left for delivery there could be an additional fee and it will most likely cause your basket to be delayed.

Do you ship internationally, or to Hawaii , Alaska, or Puerto Rico?
At this time we do not ship baskets internationally nor to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. 

Where do you ship?
A Basket Wrap ships across town or across the country.   You may opt to have your gift shipped to a business or residence. We do not ship to PO Boxes, hospitals, or hotels.  For more information regarding our shipping policy, click here.


Do you make custom baskets?
A Basket Wrap specializes in custom gifts. We can customize one gift or 300 gifts.  Although not a personal shopper, we have an extensive amount of inventory to fit your budget & theme.  Starting prices for custom baskets are $75.00 and the sky is the limit!  Please call for custom multi-baskets orders. We have lower pricing for multi-gifting programs (20 or more gifts). Please speak with your gift consultant regarding your budget.


What is the Difference between a custom basket and customizing my gift?
The difference between customizing and custom baskets is quite simple. To customize a gift basket,  a customer can request that certain items are removed and replaced for another item of choice.  As long as the cost of the replaced item is the same, the basket price stays the same.  A customer cannot asked that items be removed from a gift to receive a lower cost. Requests to replace with more expensive items will result in a higher gift cost and the customer will be advised of the difference in cost at the time the order is placed.   A custom basket is when a customer wants a totally different gift basket than what is offered on our site, either for a special occasion or for a particular theme.   Custom basket may require that we purchase additional items for a particular gift.  We do not offer same day service for custom baskets which requires additional items to purchase. 

What do you accept as a form of payment?
Paypal is our credit card processes and we accept  the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & American Express. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to pay with your credit card.  We do not accept checks or money orders as a payment for gift services. 

Why do you charge sales taxes?
We are obligated by law to collect sales tax for orders sent to states where we maintain a ‘substantial business presence.’ Currently sales tax is charged for any orders placed or sent to the state of Colorado.

Is the information I provide A Basket Wrap kept private?
A Basket Wrap is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Our site uses your contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form to process orders. We also collect gift recipient information in order to ensure correct delivery of gift. We do not sell or rent any contact information for gift recipients, but they may, from time to time, receive offers from us about new features, new services,  and special offers. We always allow gift recipients to opt out of receiving future mailings. As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion or our assets are sold to another company, all customer information will be transferred to the new company. 

I misplaced my receipt.  Can I have another emailed to me?
Yes, simply contact us  with the buyer's information, approximate date of order, and whether you called to place your order or placed it online and we can regenerate a receipt for you.   Please note that we will only send a receipt to the email address given when the order was placed.

Tax Exempt Organizations
You can place your order through our shopping cart and we will reimburse your credit card for the amount of tax charged, as long as you include your tax exempt number in the cart.  The best place to place your tax exempt number is in the message area. Or, complete the tax exempt form and an invoice will be generated and sent to your email with a clickable link for payment. 

Return/Damage Policy
A Basket Wrap does not offer cash refunds.   If you or the recipient are not satisfied with the gift, you may return the gift to us in its original packaging for an exchange of equal value.  We reserve the right to choose the replacement gift. Please be assured that the exchanged value of the gift will be equal to or greater in value than the original gift.  All returns must accompany an authorization.  We can not refund shipping & delivery charges but will reship or redelivery the exchanged gift.  Returns must be reported within 3 days of receipt of gift.

Cancellation Policy 
You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our facilities. Orders cancelled while a basket is in transit will incur a 20% service charge.  Delivery charges are nonrefundable. 

Multi-basket/convention Policies
To place a multi basket order to be delivered to one location, you may do so online. If you need multiple baskets going to separate locations, we strongly recommend that you contact a gift consultant today at 720-378-8834.

Donations
