Return/Damage Policy A Basket Wrap does not offer cash refunds.   If you or the recipient are not satisfied with the gift, you may return the gift to us in its original packaging for an exchange of equal value.  We reserve the right to choose the replacement gift. Please be assured that the exchanged value of the gift will be equal to or greater in value than the original gift.  All returns must accompany an authorization.  We can not refund shipping & delivery charges but will reship or redelivery the exchanged gift.  ReReturns must be reported within 3 days of receipt of gift
Cancellation Policy  You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our facilities. Orders cancelled while a basket is in transit will incur a 20% service charge.  Delivery charges are nonrefundable.
Multi-basket/convention Policies Mulit-baskets orders (5+ baskets) are custom orders which require special purchases of inventory. Changes to orders may result in a price increase.  Cancellations prior to 14 business days to the event is 100% refundable.  Cancellation within 14 business days of the event will result in 50%, non-refundable, non-negotiable fee, without exceptions.  Orders placed after payment received is considered a new order and must meet any minimum requirement before receiving a discount.  We are not responsible for missing or damaged items once deliveries have been completed.
Privacy Policy  A Basket Wrap is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using the information responsibly.  ·         Our site uses your contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form to process orders and send you information regarding our company.  ·         Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing addresses) is collected to bill you for products and services rendered.  We also collect gift recipient information in order to ensure correct delivery of gift. We do not sell or rent any contact information for gift recipients, but they may, from time to time, receive offers from us about new features, new services,  and special offers. We always allow gift recipients to opt out of receiving future mailings.  ·         As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion or our assets are sold to another company, all customer information will be transferred to the new company. ·         If you do not wish to receive announcement information or special offers, you can simply unsubscribe from our list. Please allow 3-5 business days for our list to update.  ·         By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms set forth in the privacy policy.

Donations A Basket Wrap does not offer gift baskets as donations. We offer coupons towards a purchase that can be used in promotional bags or door prizes.
